We are all guilty of lounging around in bed when the alarm goes off. This provides the risk of falling back asleep or being late. When you sleep naked, it will make you feel like you need to get up and get dressed. It’ll also help you keep pushing away taking a shower as you can just get dressed once and for all afterwards.
