I can’t’ tell you how many nights I’ve spent being irritated by my pajamas riding up or getting twisted or getting tangled in the sheets. This not only causes irritation, but also can cause loss of sleep. Sleep naked and all of these issues disappear!

A Good Skin Care Routine?

Sleeping without clothes gives your body some time to breathe and relax without being restricted by clothes. Since the only other time when you’re naked is probably in the shower, this means that your body is almost always covered by some form of cloth at all times. Giving it this free time when sleeping also reduces the risk of skin diseases and rashes created by bacteria.

Helps Regulate Your Cortisol

Wearing pajamas that are too tight or thick can cause sweating and high body temperature. This encourages the production of cortisol in the body, which can cause weight gain, depression and anxiety and an urge to excessive and unhealthy eating. Sleeping naked helps keep your body cool and relaxed and helps prevent this issue.
